Richard Koehler ('68 M.S.), Visby, Sweden, is program director of the Baltic Sea Management Academy at Gotland University in Visby. The academy offers master's degree programs in business administration and international management with a focus on Baltic, Russian and Eastern European countries.

Linda Tillman, Natchitoches, La., was elected president of the Natchitoches Board of Realtors. She is a real estate agent with Collins & Stamey. At North Texas she was a member of Alpha Phi. Her husband, Tony Gustwick, who was formerly director of alumni affairs at UNT, has retired as executive director of the Northwestern State University Foundation.

John Chilton Webb, Rusk, retired from work with the Veterans Affairs department after 30 years and moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, for three years. He wrote a book titled Medical Social Work and is now back in Texas working at Rusk State Hospital.

Cathy Nelson Hartman ('91 M.S.), Denton, is the assistant dean for digital and information technologies in the UNT libraries. Her work to preserve government information in digital form, including a Cybercemetery project to house the contents of defunct government agency and commission web sites and a searchable full-text archive of the Texas Register, helped earn her a Library Journal Movers & Shakers Award in 2004.

William K. 'Bill' Dwyer ('73 M.S.), Houston, is employed
at NASA's Johnson Space Center and has been promoted to system manager for all International Space Station command and data handling system computer hardware. He is also the project manager for a software system that provides automated procedure controls for both the ISS command and control systems and the payload systems
