Dawn Smith, Dallas, is a managing partner with Smith Clinesmith LLP, a national litigation firm in Dallas. A graduate of Whittier Law School, she is a founding board member of the Whittier Journal of Child and Family Advocacy and a member of the state bar associations of Texas and California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. She and her Smith Clinesmith partner, Curtis Clinesmith (’88, ’93 M.S.), specialize in nursing home abuse and neglect cases.
