Curtis Clinesmith (’93 M.S.), Dallas, is the founder and CEO of Smith Clinesmith LLP, a national litigation firm in Dallas. After earning his juris doctor from St. Mary's School of Law, he established his law practice in 1998 and has since been recognized as a top nursing home abuse attorney. A member of the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, he and his Smith Clinesmith partner, Dawn Smith (’99), specialize in nursing home abuse and neglect cases.
