Rhona Gorsky Reiss (Ph.D.), Gaithersburg, Md., is the new director of the doctor of occupational therapy graduate program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. Last year she celebrated her 40th anniversary as an occupational therapy practitioner, educator and administrator.

Chris Watson, Roanoke, and his wife, Amanda, celebrated the arrival of their daughter, Samantha Kate, in January 2006.

Lauren Ann Spill Adams, Rhome, and her husband, Jason, announce the arrival of their daughter, Jayla Elizsabeth, born in October.

Terrell Taylor Michael, Dayton, Ohio, now resides at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base with her husband, Don Michael. He earned his M.P.H. from the UNT Health Science Center at Fort Worth in 2003 and was a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Commissioned Officer Training School in September.

Amy Stone, Edmond, Okla., and her husband, Jack, who attended UNT from 1998 to 2001, welcomed their first child, Jackson Brian, in September.

Bobby Cates, El Reno, Okla., has completed work on his master of divinity degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is serving at First Baptist Church of El Reno as minister of youth.

Heidi Ellis ('02 M.S.), Gainesville, joined Austin College in Sherman as vice president of business affairs in January. Previously, she served at North Central Texas College as vice president of financial services and owned her own business.

Wade Grimes, Fort Worth, is employed as a financial services representative for First Investors Corp. in its Fort Worth office.

Stacey Lawrence, Euless, who has been in radio sales for four years, is working in advertising sales for Dallas-Fort Worth's KKDA 104.5 FM. She is engaged to Eric Sanchez and plans to get married this summer.

Rafe Stuckey, Jacksonville, N.C., and his wife, Laurie Stuckey, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Amelia Jayne, in June. Rafe was welcomed home by his 3-month-old daughter when he returned from deployment as a Marine Cobra pilot. He was to be re-deployed in January.

Alan McCoy, Fort Worth, is a copywriter with Signal. He has written ads and package designs that have appeared in Lürzer's Archive, an international review of outstanding ads, commercials and posters, and the 2006 Design Annual of Communication Arts, which showcases top work in graphic design, advertising, illustration and photography.

Vickie Salonen Mix (M.S.), Volga, S.D., was promoted to assistant professor at South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D. She was also promoted to the head of the government documents department at the university's Hilton M. Briggs Library.

Jon O'Guinn (M.J.), Dallas, and Cliff Garner, who were married in 2004, combined their last names in May to become Jon and Cliff Garinn.
