Richard Fielder (’73 M.L.S.), Lubbock :: After nine years as a print media specialist in advertising with Leo Burnett, he started a career with the Houston Public Library as a reference librarian. He worked there for 25 years and headed the government documents department. He served with the Marine Corps in WWII and was later commissioned in the Army and served as a military policeman in Europe during the Korean War.
