Oussama El-Bjeirami (’06 Ph.D.), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia :: An assistant professor of chemistry at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, he received chemistry graduate student awards at UNT and an American Chemical Society Inorganic Division Young Investigator Award. He continued to work in the lab of Mohammad Omary as a postdoctoral fellow and senior research scientist before joining King Fahd University in 2009.
