Jim Calfee (’53), Houston :: He earned his degree in accounting and then served in the U.S. Navy before returning to school and becoming a CPA. He retired from Exxon in 1995 after 35 years of service. He was a volunteer for many years with the Human Resources Development Foundation Hospitality Apartments, serving family members of patients in the Houston Medical Center. He also was a deacon at Houston’s Second Baptist Church West Campus. Survivors include his son, W. Joe Calfee (’93).
