Jack Payne Reese (’56), Dallas :: He made his career in the insurance industry, working for New York Life from 1964 to 2002. He was a jet pilot in the U.S. Air Force and flew rescue helicopters in Guam. He loved golfing and being with his friends and family. At North Texas, he was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and its winning football team. Twelve of his brothers presented his widow Louise Silliman Reese (’57) with red roses.
