Jack Legett

Jack Legett (’48), Pantego :: He was the purchasing agent for The Trading Post, the first commercial bookstore on campus, and went to graduate school from 1950 to 1953. He worked at Tarrant County Community College until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Bennett Legett, who attended North Texas from 1943 to 1944. He was the son of longtime agriculture-biology professor Jesse Harrison Legett and Lila McDonough Legett, who also were alumni.
