David A. Green (’70 M.S.), Oshkosh, Wis. :: He served as CEO of Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh for 29 years and was a pioneer in shaping the long-term care program into a more person-centered and homelike environment. He founded several organizations and received many honors for his work, including Administrator of the Year and the Award of Honor from the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aged. Before that career, he had been an architectural engineer and worked for Procter & Gamble.
