Daniel Julius Nolting (’50), Georgetown :: He had a 33-year career with Dresser–Magcobar oil field services company, retiring as its vice president of western operations in 1986. He then began a successful real estate career in Dripping Springs. In 2000, he fully retired and settled in Georgetown. He served in the U.S. Army at Ft. Riley, Kan., for two years.
