Charles Seal (’59, ’60 M.A.), Panama City, Fla. :: He taught in the Bay District Schools in Panama City for 33 years, serving as the head basketball coach at Bay High School for 25 years. He was active in his church. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War in the 25th Infantry Division.
