UNT has created an admission partnership agreement with North Central Texas College that will make it easier for students planning to transfer from NCTC to UNT to complete their bachelor's degrees. The Eagle Bound Program will give them access to UNT resources such as academic advising and admission counseling.

The program allows NCTC students who meet UNT's admissions requirements and participate in the community college's honors program or earn an associate's degree in certain fields to receive automatic admission to UNT.
