Billy Bob “B.B.” Trotter (‘50), Abilene :: He completed medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He interned at Denver General Hospital and was a resident at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He served in the U.S. Navy Reserve and was a physician in the U.S. Air Force. He worked for 38 years at Hendrick Medical Hospital in Abilene, and served for many years as chief pathologist and medical director. He was named an outstanding alumnus at UNT in biology in 2008.
