Linda Mihalick ('16 M.S.) was named senior director of UNT's Global Digital Retailing Research Center in the College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism this fall. It is the first interdisciplinary center in the U.S. with a complete focus on digital retailing as a research hub and resource for industry.
Mihalick has worked more than 20 years in retail leadership roles, primarily focused on e-commerce and the changing digital landscape. She most recently served as vice president for e-commerce and marketing for the Army & Air Force Exchange Service.
She is a lecturer and program coordinator for the bachelor's in digital retailing in the Department of Merchandising and Digital Retailing and serves as advisor to UNT's National Retail Federation Student Association.
