Sidney Thompson (Ph.D.), Fort Worth, released his newest book, Kudzu’s Enormous New Life, about the friendship between a chipmunk and German shepherd who team up to save the friends made by 3-year-old Owen. The character is on the autism spectrum and was inspired by Sidney’s son, who also is on the spectrum. Sidney is a professor at Texas Christian University and a writing consultant for TCU’s William L. Adams Center for Writing. He also is the author of novels Follow the Angels, Follow the Doves and Hell on the Border, part of the Bass Reeves trilogy.
