Shirley Grubbs Latham (’71 M.M.), Richardson :: was named one of three Distinguished Alumni of Henderson High School in September. Her husband, Bill (’69), also a graduate of the high school, accompanied her to the day-long Homecoming celebration where she was honored. Shirley has had a full career as a church organist and professional accompanist. Since 1975, she has served as organist of First Presbyterian Church in Richardson, where she plays a 59-rank Reuter organ.
