Seth Morgan ('93), Shady Shores :: has opened Denton County Brewing Co. in downtown Denton. He gave up his almost 25-year career in financial services to fulfill his dream of opening a craft brewery in Denton. He also has been active in missionary work in Africa, Asia and South America since the 1990s and, in 2006, started the nonprofit organization Orant Charities, which does work on those continents.
