Russell Hill (Ph.D.), Piscataway, New Jersey, has been named the chief technology officer for Solidia Technologies, a construction materials company. He received his doctorate in chemistry from UNT and went on to work for 25 years for Boral, an international construction materials and building products business, serving as its group chief innovation officer. Additionally, Hill has 56 patents on inventions and serves as a member of the American Concrete Institute, ASTM International, the American Chemical Society and Alpha Chi Sigma.
