Robert P. "Bob" Brotherton, Wichita Falls :: retired in December 2018 as Judge of the 30th District Court after almost 30 years on the bench. A courtroom in the Arthur R. Tipps Juvenile Justice Center was named in his honor. He previously was an associate municipal judge, lawyer and assistant district attorney for Wichita County. He also is a member and pst president of the Rotary Club of Wichita Falls and Northwest Texas Council of Boy Scouts of America. At UNT, he was a member of Delta Sigma Pi, Marketing Club and the Council of Business Students.
