Richard L. ‘Rick’ McMahan, Houston :: is serving as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand, where he teaches English to Thai elementary and secondary students through the joint U.S./Thai Teacher Collaboration and Community Outreach Program. Prior to joining the Peace Corps, he retired from a career as a senior consultant and project manager for EDS (now HP) and FOX Cognosante, specializing in government health and human services programs.
