Richard O. Faulk ('74), Houston :: partner and chair of the litigation department at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, was elected to the American Law Institute, which works to clarify and modernize the law. He is ranked as a “Leading Lawyer in Environmental Law” by Chambers USA and chairs the firm's environmental practice group and climate change task force. He also was admitted to membership in the District of Columbia Bar.
