Randy Bartlett (’80 M.Ed.), Wylie. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame of Phi Beta Mu, an international bandmasters fraternity, at the 2021 Texas Bandmasters Association convention in San Antonio. He serves as UIL Executive Secretary for Region 25, working with the music directors and students in the region. Randy has been in music education since 1969 as a high school band director and fine arts director.
