Paul T. Hebda (Ph.D.), Anchorage, Alaska, was promoted to hearing office chief administrative law judge for the new Social Security Administration Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in Anchorage. Previously, he worked in the Spokane, Baltimore and Birmingham offices following 10 years in private law practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
