Morgan O'Donnell (M.S.), Rio Rancho, New Mexico, received the Urban Enhancement Trust Fund Resiliency Residency Award to help fund her project, It’s Time to Talk: The Menopause Art Exhibit, which ran in May and was part of the City of Albuquerque Resiliency Residency. The exhibit raised awareness about menopause and showcased women’s art with pieces that tackled a variety of issues including changing identities, decreasing estrogen, surgically induced menopause, the connection between autism and menopause, and more. While she was at UNT, she says, “I always enjoyed the beauty of walking across campus.”
