Karen Jaggers (M.L.S.), Vernon, Arizona :: retired as library director from Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, Arizona, in 2017. She and her husband Tom moved to Vernon, where they raise rabbits and hope to grow gardens. “I enjoyed my years working for libraries, mainly in reference services,” she says. “I loved to bring users from novice searchers to independent researchers.” Her favorite campus memory is working with “great library science teachers.”
