Joseph Shepard (M.B.A.), Silver City, N.M. :: is the new president of Western New Mexico University. He previously was vice president for administrative services and finance at Florida Gulf Coast University and was a faculty member at Lutgert College of Business and Colegio Americano de Torreon in Mexico.
