Jackie Carpenter, Des Moines, Iowa, has released her debut book that she co-wrote with her husband, Three, titled People First: The 5 Steps to Pure Human Connection and a Thriving Organization. In this book, the couple shares their philosophy on how teams can find a connection to work efficiently and productively. Jackie attended UNT’s Toulouse Graduate School and earned her master’s degree in hospitality management. Along with having 20 years of experience in the private club industry, she currently serves as the editor of the Private Club Advisor, a major publication that is read by private club members all over the world.
