Adams, Hurst :: program manager for the forensic services unit of the Center for Human Identification at the UNT Health Science Center, spoke in Columbus, Ohio, in August at the Ride for Their Lives event. The month-long bicycle ride across the U.S., hosted by the Surviving Parents Coalition, raised funds to advocate for laws and educational initiatives to protect children from abduction and abuse.
