Gilbert Gerst, Dallas, is manager of BOK Financial's Community Development Banking group. He has been a banker for 35 years, 10 of which were at BOK, where he led his group to earning the “Outstanding” Community Reinvestment Act rating from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, a division of the U.S. Treasury. He also serves on the boards of Dallas Black Dance Theatre and the State Fair of Texas and on the Dallas Black COVID-19 Task Force.
