Brittany Bevis, Aubrey :: who earned her degree in journalism and creative writing, completed her first children’s book, Two Foals, a Dash of Sprinkles and a Cherry on Top! (Caballo Press). She shows American Paint Horses and has earned several world and reserve world championship titles. In 2004, she was the No. 1 youth exhibitor in the United States. A portion of the book’s proceeds will benefit Rein In Cancer, an organization that supports care for cancer patients. The group assists individuals in funding treatment and endowed the Shirley Bowman Nutrition Clinic at the Oklahoma University Cancer Institute in Oklahoma City.
