Bobby Griffin (M.B.A.), Milwaukee, has been appointed as vice president of human resources and chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer of Rockwell Automation Inc. Griffin has served at Fortune 500 companies in various positions, specifically in diversity and inclusion, for more than 25 years. Bobby is responsible for guiding a team in the creation of a holistic diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, as well as incorporating the strategy easily into the company alongside Rockwell’s senior leaders. Before his new position, he worked at CBRE as vice president of diversity and inclusion.
