Bill R. Neale (’53 M.A.), Dallas :: was inducted into the Southwest Advertising Hall of Fame last fall by the American Advertising Federation 10th District for outstanding contributions to the advertising industry and community. He was president and CEO of Point Communications, and at TracyLocke he was art director, vice president, manager of the creative department and member of the board.
