Barbara Coan (Ph.D.), Frisco ::with Tarrant County College’s Southeast Campus, was named vice president for teaching and learning. She formerly was the first on-site dean of academic affairs at Collin College’s Preston Ridge Campus, responsible for 16 departments. A regular presenter at state and national conferences, she leads workshops on teaching effectiveness.
