A Shreveport native and Southern University alumna, Dr. Gantt has over 25 years of experience in postsecondary education, serving in academic and student affairs, enrollment management, clinical behavioral and mental health positions. Dr. Gantt previously served as a clinician for several Phoenix, Arizona, hospitals. She also was the founding vice president for academic outreach and student success and registrar at Tarrant County College Connect Campus in Fort Worth and served various positions at SUSLA.
