M.S., '02 Ph.D.), San Angelo, was elected president of the
Association of Computer Educators in Texas for 2001-02. He is an
assistant professor of management information systems in the Department
of Management and Marketing at San Angelo State University.
Jay
M. Whetsell,
Aubrey, received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Parker
College of Chiropractic in Dallas in 2002 and has two practices,
one in Denton and the other in Aubrey. He worked at the Denton
Regional Medical Center as chief technologist in the radiology
department from 1992 to 1999.

Club, was named service director of Baylor's Tom
Landry Fitness Center in Dallas. He and his wife, Stephanie, have
a 2-year-old son, Chase McCain.

La Coruna, Spain, is a new co-principal double bass of the Orquestra
Sinfonica de Galica in Spain, after spending five years with
the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. He also served as assistant
principal double bass in Fukuoka, Japan, last summer as part of
the Asian Friendly Concert held in conjunction with the city's
monthlong Asian Festival.

('96 M.B.A.), Birmingham, Ala., has been invited to speak
on a regular basis for Oracle Corp. He is chief information officer
and chief technology officer for EPL, a data processing provider
for the credit union industry.

loan librarian for the Richardson Library at Hardin-Simmons University.
She joined the library's staff in 2001 as documents and periodicals
supervisor and previously was a middle school librarian for the
Fort Worth ISD.

Palestine, is general manager for the Piney Woods division of
Ben E. Keith. He and his wife, Britney, celebrated the birth
of their first child, Abby, on Sept. 27.

Laura K. Chamberlin
(M.Ed.), Dallas, was named the Texas Secondary Assistant Principal
of the Year by the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals.
The contest includes high school and middle school assistant
principals from throughout the state. Chamberlin is an assistant
principal at Bussey Middle School in the Garland ISD.

Northern Colorado Jazz Lab Band II.
