*Allison Roquemore Ernst and Michael Ernst (’96), Cedar Park, welcomed their daughter, Astoria Matisse, in February.
John Woolley and Mona Woolley (’00), Fort Worth, welcomed their second baby boy, Fisher William, in April. He joins his big brother, Carson.

*Ryan Farha, Dallas, has joined the board of the North Texas Exes. He is an associate attorney with Winstead P.C. of Dallas. At UNT, he was a member of NT40, president of Sigma Nu and Homecoming king.
Brandi Gutzler and Jeff Gutzler (’01), Corinth, welcomed their first child last year.
Jennifer Ray McLendon and Willie McLendon (’02), Lewisville, welcomed their daughter, Lilly, in April.

Amanda Bell, Amarillo, graduated magna cum laude from Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Ga., in May.
Simone Chiha, Dallas, married James Garner in November 2006. Their story was featured in the “True Romance” section of the Dallas Morning News (they met online but discovered their families had been connected for generations). Simone began graduate school this fall.
Janet Michelle Coltharp-Baxter, Irving, made a presentation at an Austin meeting of Adoption Knowledge Affiliates in April. She shared her experiences as an adult adoptee reunited with her biological family.

Jake Allee (M.F.A.), Tyler, instructor of art at Tyler Junior College, won “Best of Show” in Feats of Clay, one of the top juried ceramics exhibitions in the country. This year, he also co-curated a show at the National Council for the Education of Ceramic Arts, received an award in the University of Dallas regional competition and was included in Clay Times and Ceramics Monthly.

Lindsey Kathryn Moore (’06 M.S.), Denton, married “the love of her life,” Matthew James Fields, in April in Richardson. Lindsey is an academic counselor for UNT’s College of Arts and Sciences.
