Richard V. Hall (’57 M.Ed., ’69 Ph.D.), Victoria. He earned his North Texas degrees in guidance and counseling. After serving in the U.S. Army, he worked as a college professor, a licensed psychologist and a component director for the Region III Education Service Center.
