Richard L. ‘Dick’ Hartman (’59), Fort Worth :: He was in the U.S. Air Force and a Korean War veteran. He was in the real estate business for more than 50 years in the River Oaks area and established the Real Estate Training Institute in 1975 with his cousin. He also was a residential appraiser and property tax consultant. At North Texas, he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity. He lived on Eagle Mountain Lake and in Port Isabel.
