John Parish (’52 M.Ed.), Fort Worth. He served in World War II in the Pacific theater as an infantryman on Okinawa and in Sapporo, Japan. He was an elementary school principal for 23 years, and in the 1970s, he joined a longtime friend in the home building business, where he worked for 30 years. He was a member of Lions International, served as president of the North East Richland Lions Club and was a life member of the Texas Lions Camp for Crippled Children.
