Billy Weiser (’55), Dallas :: He owned and operated Jay’s Marine Grill across from Love Field in Dallas for 27 years. At North Texas, he was a member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity and majored in business administration with minors in English and hotel and restaurant management.
