Support the Mean Green at Apogee Stadium at first home game

Join students, fans and other alumni to pack the stands for a great season of competition to cheer on UNT’s student-athletes and show your Mean Green pride. UNT’s first home football game is Sept. 8 against Texas Southern University at the first-of-its-kind green Apogee Stadium. Help the Mean Green end its last season in the Sun Belt Conference on a high note before UNT joins Conference USA next summer.

Come support the Mean Green at all of the home football games because there’s something to celebrate at each one, including the Oct. 16 game against University of Louisiana-Lafayette, which will air nationally on ESPN2, and the Nov. 3 Homecoming game against Arkansas State University. You can find information about Mean Green football in 2012 here or in the new fan guide.

A new pedestrian bridge is under construction over I-35E and will ease access to and from Apogee Stadium and the main campus. The Texas Department of Transportation is working quickly to open the bridge in time for games this season.

Single game tickets start at $15 per person and Family Fun Packs are available for $60 and include tickets and food for four people. To purchase tickets throughout the season, contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 800-868-2366 or ticketoffice@unt.edu. And check out North Texas Athletics' new Gameday website for more information.
