This May, UNT celebrated the annual University-wide Commencement at Apogee Stadium as the grand finale of 125th anniversary celebrations. The ceremony filled with pomp, circumstance, Mean Green pride -- and Spiriki, below -- honored this academic year's 8,500 graduates as they joined an alumni network of 380,000. It featured inspirational keynote speaker Steven Davidson ('15), who was the 2012 Army Times Soldier of the Year and is now a special assistant in the U.S. Department of Energy.
