Tracy Mesler

Tracy Mesler, Nocona was elected president of the Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District in July. Tracy has been a member of the board since 2008 and serves on the Regional Water Planning Group Area B Board. He and his wife, Linda (’75), owners and publishers of the Nocona News since 1981, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. Tracy is a founding director and officer of the Tales ’N’ Trails Museum, and Linda is the editor of the Texas Clubwoman Magazine for the Texas Federated Women’s Clubs.
