Thomas John, Frisco joined Rightpoint, a Dallas-based independent customer experience agency, as senior director and commerce practice lead. He brings to Rightpoint his skills in development and management, as well as extensive experience in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications. He previously worked at the experiential commerce agency SMITH.
