Rochelle Webb

Rochelle L. Webb, Phoenix, Ariz. received her doctorate in management from the University of Phoenix in April. She is the president-elect of the National Association of State Workforce Agencies and works as an administrator for the state of Arizona overseeing federal employment and training programs.
