Rebecca Guy, Allen won the sixth annual Catholic Foundation Plaza Artists Competition. Her work, Dallas in Wonderland, is displayed for a year on a wall 28 feet long and almost 10 feet high at The Catholic Foundation Plaza. The plaza is on the grounds of the Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe in the Dallas Arts District. The piece, part of a series of cityscape collages she created, includes Big Tex as a painter and prominent Dallas buildings and art.
