Rachel Woolf

Rachel Woolf (Ph.D.), San Antonio, is an assistant professor of flute at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She and Makana Jimbu (’19 M.M.) comprise the music duo AYA. Their first album, Cycles, will be released in April, followed by a tour of Japan in May and a U.S. tour in Fall 2025. At UNT, Woolf earned a doctorate in musical arts.
