Paula McDonald (’83), Granbury, received the annual Top Commercial Transaction of the Year award by Texas Realtors. Her project involved a historic property that was fully renovated and transformed into a multiple-business portfolio. She also was selected by Texas Realtors to serve as a regional vice president for 2026-2028.
