Michael J. Truncale (M.B.A.), Beaumont. The United States District Judge was appointed Federal Judicial Liaison to the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas. He also was appointed to the Fifth Circuit Committee on Pattern Jury Instructions (Criminal).
